Kids need yoga too! This delightful class will incorporate breathing, meditation, easy yoga poses and mindful movements. Kids love to move around and try new things, and yoga is a great way to teach them about stillness and how to focus the mind. It's also a great way for you to connect with your child and have fun, too! Or maybe you can take a backseat and have a moment to yourself. You can set up mats outside in the grass or even in your living room. For children ages 5-11.
This class will be offered for a $5 per child contribution. Parents are welcome to attend for FREE.
