We no longer bill insurance, unless you are involved in a motor vehicle accident. In Oregon, acupuncture is automatically covered, without a referral, as part of your recovery from a motor vehicle accident for up to two years after the accident occurs, regardless of who is at fault.
What if I have acupuncture benefits through my regular health insurance, and was not involved in a car accident?
We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement from your healthcare plan*. We can coach you through the process for filing a super-bill for reimbursement from your insurance. With the exception of Personal-Injury-Protection through a Motor-Vehicle-Accident, all visits require payment at time of service.

The best way for you to learn about what your insurance covers is to call your insurance company. Their phone number should be on the back of your insurance card.
*Please note that Medicaid and Medicare plans will not reimburse through a super-bill.
