Qi Gong, a traditional moving meditation can be translated as life-force work or practice. This class introduces some basic qi gong movements and theory of traditional chinese medicine to help support your body's natural defenses.

This series of exercises was designed specifically for westerners by the Xing Yi practitioner Wang Ji Wu, to help promote flexibility, strength, awareness and vitality.
