This class will help you tap into a deep sense of body awareness and presence as you focus on your breathing and move mindfully through gentle stretches and rejuvenating poses to create space to bring it all inward. Set to beautiful music, this class will take you through breathing exercises, deep stretches, self-massage, extended yin yoga poses, and guided body scan meditation.
